ASAP AUTOMOTIVE INC is Hiring a Service Manager Near Fremont, CA
We are a well established automotive repair shop located in Fremont, Ca (part of the San Francisco Bay area)looking to hire a highly motivated and experienced service adviser to join our team.As a Professional service Advisor/manager,you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and promoting our automotive repair services to our clients.We are open Monday- Friday until 5pm,there for the nights and weekends are yours to keep!
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and identify their automotive needs
- Provide accurate estimates and timelines for repairs
- Coordinate repairs with the technicians and insure timely completion
- Communicate with clients about progress of their repairs
- Up sell additional automotive services and maintenance packages
- Manage payment and invoice processing for completed repairs
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow up with clients
- 3 years of experience as a Service Advisor in a automotive repair shop
- Proven track record of sales success an achieving targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple
- Knowledge of automotive repairs and maintenance services
- Experience with computerized repair tracking and invoicing systems
- High school diploma or equivalent:post-secondary education in automotive technology or business administration is asset but not required.
